We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Furry Feeds. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

• It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you find any defects, damages, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it’s resolved.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

• Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

• Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As with other returns, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
